Our theme this month is “There’s No Place Like Home”! As we welcome all of our new residents to Pine View Village, our team wants to focus on welcoming you to our community. Throughout this month, we’ll introduce you to your new home, our team, and other fun ways to help you feel at home here!

Just like Dorothy said in The Wizard of Oz, there’s no place like home! We’re happy you decided to call Pine View your home in Flagstaff, and know there must be a ton of reasons you chose us over your other options. We thought we’d share our top five reasons we love it here, too!

5. Our The-Bomb-Dot-Com Maintenance Crew

No, seriously … our maintenance crew is TheBomb.com! September is Maintenance Appreciation Month, but we’re grateful for them all year round … from the summer when they get all your homes ready for an easy-breezy move in to the winter when they get here in the early hours to clear sidewalks. And with service faster than Hurry Up Shrimp, we love all our crew does to serve our community!

4. DVDs If You Please

Did you know we have a DVD Rental Library right in the Welcome Center? If you didn’t, you probably also didn’t know you can rent movies right where you live for less than Redbox! Setting up your DVD rental card is easy, and we get a new selection of films in each month, so there’s always something new to see!

3. Pine View CARES

Yep, we care about our residents. And that’s why we have CARES! Our awesome CARES team, Rhod and Violet, works with us to put on fun—and FREE!—events for you every month. Get out of your apartment for a few hours! Chat it up with a new neighbor! Enjoy a free meal, on us! Through CARES, we get to see you come together with your neighbors as part of a real community here in Flagstaff … and that, to us, is a sight worth seeing!

2. And They Called It Puppy Love …

We know that many folks apartment hunting are trying to find homes for their four-legged family members, too. That’s why we are happy to be a community that welcomes your fuzzy, furry friends. And let’s not kid ourselves … you should probably know that if you stop by the Welcome Center with your animal, you’re never getting out of here! At least, not before we say hi. That’s why we often keep tasty treats on hand. Whether you’re playing a game of fetch in the dog park, having a puppy or kitty play date with a neighbor on the grass, or joining in one of our occasional Yappy Hour events, we know that your four-legged companions will love it here at Pine View just as much as you!

1. Why? Oh! YOU!

Of course, the number one thing we love at Pine View Village is … YOU! As one of our residents, you are the reason we’re here. You’re the reason we have 24-hour fitness and laundry centers. You’re the reason we make fresh coffee in the mornings. You’re the reason we host events. You’re the reason we do what we do, and we love that! Let’s face it: if not for you, we wouldn’t be here. You know it, and we know it … and it makes us grateful for you every single day!

Those are just a few of the reasons we love our Pine View Village community … but we all know there are SO many other things to love! What do you love about Pine View?!
