Our theme this month is “There’s No Place Like Home”! As we welcome all of our new residents to Pine View Village, our team wants to focus on welcoming you to our community. Throughout this month, we’ll introduce you to your new home, our team, and other fun ways to help you feel at home here!

Did you know September is Maintenance Appreciation Month? We’re so lucky to have an awesome Maintenance Crew! This week, we’re putting the focus on our Lead Maintenance Technician, David!

David has been with Bella for three years. As our Lead Maintenance Tech, David takes great pride in his work at Pine View Village, and does all he can to make your stay as a resident community member the best it can be! When he’s not solving maintenance issues big and small, he can often be found striking up meaningful conversations with residents, lending a helping hand, or bringing a ton of cheer to the community at large.

When asked what he enjoys most about working with our team, David shared, “The thing I enjoy most about working with Bella is the opportunities they give us to increase our knowledge and skills.” He’s also constantly sharing how much he cares about Pine View Village. He shared recently, “I just want to make sure our residents like it here!” These are just some of the reasons David was recently honored as a Maintenance Rock Star!

Outside of work, David enjoys any type of outdoor activities. He is inspired by his family to be the best he can be. As part of the Pine View Village crew, David makes us all want to be the best we can be!
